How does Jam Den work?

Jam Den is a fully automated, self-service rehearsal studio. Simply book your session online, receive your confirmation email, and use your temporary access code to enter the studio at your scheduled time.

Can I arrive early?

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your reservation. This allows enough time for the previous guests to leave and for the studio to be ready for your session.

Where can I park?

Jam Den offers limited customer parking directly in front of the studio (space for one SUV or up to two small cars). If those spaces are full, you may use any available parking space within the warehouse property that is not marked as reserved. Please do not block warehouse entrances, garage doors, loading areas, or emergency exits. Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner's sole risk, and Jam Den is not responsible for theft, damage, vandalism, or towing.

What happens if I'm late?

Your reservation starts at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions for late arrivals.

Can I stay longer?

If the following time slot is available, you may extend your session directly through our booking system. Extensions are subject to availability.

Can I bring food and drinks?

We ask that you please keep the food and drinks to a MINIMUM in the studio. Absolutely no food or drinks on the equipment.

Please help us keep the studio clean by disposing of all trash before leaving.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No.

Smoking, vaping, or using any illegal substances inside the facility is prohibited.

Where is the restroom located?

The restroom is located next to the main office within the warehouse property. For security purposes, restroom access requires an entry code, which is provided inside the Jam Den studio. Please help us keep the restroom clean and respect the shared facility for the benefit of all tenants and guests.

Is the studio monitored?

Yes.

For everyone's safety and security, common areas and entrances are monitored by security cameras 24/7. Tampering or manipulating the cameras are forbidden and it will cancel the contract immediately. This may result in the reservation being terminated without a refund.

How many people can use the studio?

The studio comfortably accommodates small to medium-sized bands.

The maximum occupancy is 6 band players, 8 people total. Exceeding this limit may result in the reservation being terminated without a refund.

Do we need to clean before leaving?

Yes.

Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it.

This includes:

Throw away trash
Return equipment to its original location
Turn off lights and amplifiers
Close the indoor securely and lock the warehouse door

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made after that period are non-refundable.

What happens if there's bad weather?

If dangerous weather conditions prevent access to the studio, we'll work with you to reschedule your reservation whenever possible.

No money will be reimbursed.

What happens if equipment stops working?

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional abuse will result in repair or replacement charges at market value.

Are my belongings insured?

No.

Jam Den is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

Please take all equipment and valuables with you when leaving.

Can someone else use my reservation?

Reservations are non-transferable unless approved by Jam Den in advance.

Can we record videos or demos?

Absolutely.

You're welcome to record rehearsals, create content, and film inside the studio, provided the activity remains lawful and respectful of the equipment and facility. If you need assistance with film or recording, let us know. Fees apply.

Are pets allowed?

Absolutely no pets or animals are permitted inside the studio for safety reasons; exposing your pet to loud noises can affect their audition and stress your pet. Keep them safe at home

What happens if I violate the rules?

Jam Den reserves the right to immediately terminate any reservation involving unsafe behavior, illegal activity, excessive property damage, or violations of these policies.

No refunds will be issued in these cases.
